Today Rescue 49 was dispatched to Birdsboro for a working garage fire. Chief 25 requested the 2nd due RIT due to company 25 being placed into service. Rescue 49 responded with a crew of six and arrived on location and set up R.I.T. Due to the large area that need to be cover R.I.T was split into two teams. One on side A and one on Side C. Safety 25 teamed up with 49 and assisted with R.I.T. Operations. Company 49 and Safety 25 went available with no incidents.
